Somewhere In England is an original British musical promoting just one of the works of a mostly unknown and unrecognised late British composer, Gordon Caleb.
The film is a salute to both the great Hollywood musicals and classic British cinema of the 1940s and 50s, we step back in time to the summer of 1943, with the arrival of a US army unit and its impact on the lives of a small community in rural England.
