Free camera workshops - open to all ages and experiences

Screen South are running a free Camera Workshop for all ages and experience levels on Friday 13th August which will be repeated on Saturday 21st August for those who can’t attend. These sessions will teach people the basics in how to use a camera with guidance and advice from a professional camera operator. These classes are designed to give people confidence in using the equipment, as well as preparing those who wish to volunteer filming the unveiling event of the Marsh Mosaics. The Marsh Mosaic project has been taking place across July and August in the Romney Marsh Area. On Saturday 21st, the Fifth Continent team will be showcasing what has been achieved so far. As part of the programme the Marsh on Film, Screen South will be filming this event. We are now looking for volunteers to help film this event. If you wish to volunteer for filming this event, you must have sufficient experience or have attended one of our camera workshops advertised above.
