Heritage Trust Network
Network Youth Forum
Are you aged 18-30 and interested in heritage?
Do you want your voice to be heard in the heritage sector?
Do you want to help community heritage organisations in your area?
Do you want to help shape a brand new Network youth forum?
If you’ve answered “yes” to these questions, then Heritage Trust Network wants to hear from you! There is a disconnect between young people and heritage sites and opportunities in the UK. Heritage Trust Network, feel that the best way to combat this is to get young people involved directly. Since this is a new forum, you will have the opportunity to help shape the way this happens.

Alongside other young people from across the UK, you will create recommendations and advice to help Heritage Trust members involve young people in heritage. You will have direct communication with members from volunteering and shadowing opportunities to being given the resources to create your own events led by and for young people. There may also be opportunities for creating content and developing other initiatives for the future.
Our 600 members are incredibly varied and your ideas could reach and impact a huge range of people. They’re all across the UK, too! So, whether you’re interested in changing education, accessibility or events at heritage sites, we want your voice heard.
The Network Youth Forum will be arranging their initial meeting online soon and they hope to see you there!
Heritage Trust Network is the UK’s umbrella organisation for not-for-profits and communities that are rescuing, restoring and managing historic building, structures and places. The Youth Forum has been made possible thanks to players of the National Lottery.
